The rapper did not only manage to get the support from the fans but he attracted a big recording deal with Def Jam Africa securing his signature. During his Q & A on Instagram, the LucasRaps revealed that he would like to work with US rapper Drake for a collaboration.
Lucasraps signing to Def Jam Africa has opened massive doors of opportunities for him. The Durban rapper managed to secure a feature on Snoop Dogg’s global edition album. If he can get a collabo with Snoop surely a feature with Drake might be possible for the young rapper under Def Jam.
The rapper has achieved a lot in a short space of time and it is vindictive why he challenged A-Reece after he claimed to be the best rapper in Africa. The rapper dropped a Soundcloud track aiming at A-Reece for self-proclaiming himself to be the best rapper in the game. Most SA hip hop followers perceived that the two were beefing, but the Durban rapper came out and addressed that there is no beef between him and Reece.
