On “Feline”, Juice WRLD joins forces with Polo G and Trippie Redd to criticize and scare their opposition. Throughout the track, the trio discusses topics such as their hardened mindsets, their weaponry, their sexual prowess, and their willingness to utilize violence in the event of a confrontation.
“Feline” was originally recorded in early 2018, during the sessions for Juice’s debut studio album Goodbye & Good Riddance, albeit in an unfinished state with an open verse. A completed version of the track was recorded later in 2018, during the sessions for Future and Juice WRLD’s collaborative mixtape WRLD on Drugs, with the open verse being filled by Atlanta rapper Lil Yachty.
The original demo of this track was leaked in its entirety on November 3, 2019, and the demo featuring Lil Yachty was leaked on February 5, 2020. This version of the track was leaked in its entirety on November 22, 2021.
This version of the track is intended for inclusion on Fighting Demons, Juice WRLD’s fourth studio album and second posthumous studio album. Furthermore, this version of the track is also believed to have been put together posthumously in that, according to a person selling it on an Internet forum, Trippie Redd and Polo G’s contributions on this track were recorded sometime in 2021.
