AUDIO: Punch Bowl by Nigo

Nigo reunites the legendary Virginia hip hop duo, Clipse, for a braggadocious cut for the curator’s sophomore album, I Know NIGO!. The duo conformed of brothers, Pusha T and No Malice, hadn’t worked together on a track since Kanye West’s October 2019 “Use This Gospel.”

This time, Clipse raps about their drug-dealing past, luxurious life, and their status in the rap industry overproduction from their frequent go-to super duo, Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo—also known as the highly influential, The Neptunes.

A short snippet of Pusha T’s part on “Punch Bowl” was previewed at Kenzo’s fashion show for their Autumn/Winter 2022 collection in Paris on January 23, 2022.

The project first started as a short EP including a song with Pharrell and one with Clipse, but as the work continued, the idea of the project expanded.
